During a trip to South Beach, while attending Art Basel in Miami, the 63-year-old star of Mystic River got cozy with the 39-year-old actress from Fast and Furious.
As the two walked hand in hand, with Brunette beauty Kelley grinning, it seemed as though Penn and Blast star Olga Korotyayeva, 43, had called it quits.
Kelley had on a blue two-piece swimsuit that she concealed with a floating white blouse, while Penn was seen with khaki shorts and a T-shirt.
They strolled along the golden sands, arms encircling each other. They were also spotted holding hands as they enjoyed a leisurely lunch among beachgoers in the afternoon.
