A man was arrested after allegedly huffing silver spray paint and beating his mother on the head with a spatula. Glenn Allen Casdorph, 30, of St Albans, West Virginia, was charged on Friday with malicious wounding, WCHS reports. Police responded to the scene in McKinley Avenue at 10.45pm on Thursday after a domestic incident with injuries was reported.
