The family of a man who was killed when his car left the carriageway of the M20 at the weekend have paid tribute to a ‘generous, full of life son.’
Kent Police was called at 9.20pm on Saturday 15 February to a road traffic collision on the London-bound carriageway between junctions nine and eight after David Fowler’s green Ford Focus overturned and collided with some trees.
